Cutting Order Form For Beef and Pork Processing

Quarter, Half, and Whole Beef

The most economical way to purchase beef from our company is to order a 1/4
(quarter) of beef, a 1/2 (half) of a beef, or a whole beef. Many of the cost for processing and
handling are eliminated and we pass these savings on to our customers.

The beef is priced by the hanging weight. The approximate hanging
weights are:
- 1/4 of beef is approximately 175 lbs.
- 1/2 of a beef is approximately 350 lbs.
- Whole beef is approximately 700 lbs.
We are currently offering two varieties of beef. Our regular beef is
grain finished for the last 60 to 90 days. Our new Grass-Fed beef is fully
grass fed up to finishing. Grass-Fed beef is available from mid August
thru September. Orders for Grass-Fed beef need to be placed by July 15 to
guarantee delivery. Orders placed after July 15 are subject to
availability. The current prices for each variety are:
